INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
We are pleased to accept orders from outside our country, Turkey. For international customers, we support payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express cards and 3D secure payment methods. All products in our store are listed in Turkish Lira. When shopping with your international credit card, the amount charged to your credit card will be based on the exchange rate conversion of your home country bank. Which Shipping Service Are You Using?
You must select "PTT International" as your shipping company selection. Your choice of other cargo company will not be accepted. PTT International firm is the Postal Service of the Republic of Turkey.
How Much Will International Shipping Fee Be?
When you do your shopping on our website, you can find out how much the International Shipping fee will cost by sending an e-mail to our e-mail address info@hilalhobbyland.com.tr and informing your customer representative about the information of the products you have purchased or will buy and your address information. Then you can pay the international shipping cost via the payment link that will be given to you separately.
How Long is the Delivery Time?
Most of your packages sent by PTT are delivered to European countries within an average of 7 days. Of course, this period may be extended in cases such as bad weather conditions and universal disease crises.
How Can I Track My Package?
When your shopping is completed, the Tracking Number will be sent to you in the e-mail you receive. (For example: TR123000456TR)

Additional Costs
End of day delivery usually within 7 working days to most countries, tracking available, package insured. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs and are paid by the customer to their home country customs upon delivery of the package. In case of product return in international orders, shipping and all other costs belong to the customer.
Can You Write A Lower Amount On My Invoice?
After any discount, we cannot list any amount other than the actual amount paid by you on invoices or customs forms. Please note that store credit is not a discount and is taxable. Please don't ask us to list a lower quantity or list your order as a 'gift' as it would be illegal for us to do so.
Attention International Customers
The system carefully scans for credit card fraud. Due to the increased risk of fraud when accepting international orders, we have some restrictions to deter fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to delay the processing of your order until we verify your credit card information. If we are unable to verify the legitimacy of the purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and cancel or void any credit card fees associated with the purchase. Please note that we are using all legal means. We advise credit card companies, credit bureaus and law enforcement on any suspected, attempted or experienced credit card fraud.
Undeliverable Products
Since the following products do not comply with international postal transport rules, they cannot be shipped to countries other than Turkey. If you purchase this type of product, that part of your order will be cancelled.
If you order any of these items, you must organize the shipping yourself. We cannot organize the transportation of these products. You or a person you designate must receive these products from our store.

Non-Shipping Countries
In some countries, shipments cannot be made due to situations such as war, military revolution, and a very large natural disaster. In such a case, a meeting with PTT International is provided. If such a situation is encountered, you will definitely be contacted.
